AI Adoption Stages

A2IX aims to put your organization directly into stage 4. RapDev aims to automate all of your processes, starting with the highest-value opportunities.

   • Deployment of NowAssist in ITSM for summarizing ticket content and accelerating developer workflows.
3. Strategic Integration (~25% Efficiency Gain)
   AI becomes a core enabler across organizational functions with integrated data pipelines.
   Examples:
   
   • A Slack bot with custom GPTs interfaces with critical data sources to enhance information retrieval.
   • An AI Change Manager coordinates process adherence, conflict prevention, and record updates autonomously.
4. Adaptive & Autonomous (>70% Efficiency Gain)
   AI Agents work collaboratively with minimal human intervention to drive decisions and actions across the enterprise.
   Examples:
   
   • A drastically reduced Service Desk footprint achieved via a network of AI Agents orchestrating issue triage and fulfillment.
   • L3 support is reimagined as AI Agents collaboratively debug, resolve, and enact changes, directly merging fixes into code repositories.

A2IX Roadmap

RapDev follows a phased approach to ensure the successful adoption of A2IX with minimal risk and maximum impact (all timelines are dynamic based on value needs and existing state complexities):

1. Phase 1: Strategic Assessment & Roadmap (Months 0–3) – We begin by working closely with your executive team and senior leaders. In this discovery phase, RapDev and your key stakeholders define clear transformation goals, identify key pain points, and prioritize use cases where AI can deliver the most value. Meanwhile, RapDev engineers are busy implementing RapDev’s turnkey-crafted Skills and AI Agents.
   
   1. Outcome: A customized AI transformation roadmap aligned with your strategic goals and immediate value opportunities. Turn-key solutions implemented.

2. Phase 2: Data & Infrastructure Readiness (Months 4–8) – Next, we lay the groundwork for success. Our experts assess and prepare your data foundation, ensuring the necessary data is cleansed, accurate, and secure. We set up integrations between ServiceNow and relevant internal systems and establish the cloud or on-premise infrastructure needed for AI Agents to operate. 
   
   1. Outcome: A secure, AI-ready infrastructure designed to scale with enterprise needs.

3. Phase 3: AI Agent Development (Months 9–12) – RapDev designs and develops custom AI Agents for your highest-priority use cases. You’ll see a pilot group of AI Agents in action, handling real-world tasks in a controlled setting. 
   
   1. Outcome: initial automation results and validated AI Agent prototypes tailored to your needs.

4. Phase 4: Deployment & Integration (Months 13–15) – We roll out the AI Agents into your production workflows. Each agent is seamlessly integrated into ServiceNow and any other target systems, with thorough testing to ensure quality. We involve your team in training and organizational change management so they understand how to work with and supervise their new AI assistants. 
   
   1. Outcome: AI-driven processes live in production, with users and IT comfortable and confident in the new capabilities.

5. Phase 5: Scaling and Continuous Improvement (Months 16 and Ongoing) – Following the initial launch, RapDev provides ongoing support to expand operations across additional departments and processes. We integrate additional internal data sources (expanding the RAG Data Fabric) to make AI Agents even more intelligent and more autonomous. We monitor performance metrics (like cost savings, resolution times) and fine-tune agents for optimal results. 
   
   1. Outcome: a self-improving AI ecosystem in your organization, delivering continuous efficiency gains and innovation over time.
